EDGE LED lights are a heavy duty industrial LED High Bay or LED Flood Light designed to operate in extreme temperatures such as steel smelters or other hot environments including hot roof spaces in hot Summer Climates.
Applications include Steel Factories including above Furnaces and Smelters, Test Cells, Boiler Rooms, Chemical Plants, Industrial Ovens, Paint Curing Bays and underground deep Mine Sites.
Available in 50W, 100W, 150W, 200W, 300W and 450W modules, 130 lm/W using Osram or LUXEON LEDs and 30°, 30*100°, 60*100°, 90°, 110°, 150°, 75*135°, 75*145°, 60*150° and 73*133° beam angles there is enough flexibility to suite any application and tower height where very hot temperature conditions exist.

The additional CNC Aluminium Heat Sinking applied to the LEDs and LED Driver/Power Supply, including air gap enable optimal cooling of both LEDs and power supply ensuring the life span of the lighting system in more extreme temperatures up to 80°C.
Up to 400W Metal Halide Equivalent:
At 150W and approximately 19,500 lumen (Nominal) can meet the lighting requirements of up to a 400W conventional metal halide flood light. The positioning of the LEDs and specialised Optics allows almost 100% light projection towards your work area or warehouse, unlike the sideways mounted and omni-directional bulb of a metal halide which has much greater losses and relies on the quality and efficiency of the reflector.
The higher efficiency of the LED projection system and high lumen maintenance (little light degradation < half that of a metal halide) allows up to 70% energy saving to be achieved. Whereas the metal halide will decay to approximately 50% to 60% of the original light output. The LED Flood Light will maintain over 80% of the original light after 40,000 hrs.

This high temperature 100W Flood Lights LED are designed for high temperature areas. These fixtures are rated for temperatures between -40°F to +167°F.
LED Lights for high temperature areas should be able to withstand both very high temperatures and very low temperatures.
Our High Temperature Floods Lights are specifically designed to withstand high temperatures up to 167°F.
They are engineered with a massive heat sink and larger drivers that are under-driven to generate less driver heat.
